Jesus referred to His followers as “Talmidim,” highlighting their role as disciples or students of The Way. At that stage, they lacked the deeper spiritual insights from the heights of the rungs of Kabbalah required to become Tzaddikim. However, they operated within the fivefold Gevurah powers that descended from above while in Malkhut. The purpose of these fivefold powers is to strengthen and mature the body of Christ into full righteousness.

Gevurah is connected with five powers—these elements, emerging from Gevurah, support the expansion of the Feminine configuration. The healing and maturation of the Feminine configuration, which symbolizes the bride of Christ, is likened to becoming a tower of strength and protection, as expressed in Song of Songs 4:4: “Your neck is like the tower of David, built with courses of stone; on it hang a thousand shields, all of them shields of warriors.”

Her upward growth into the Cosmos is depicted in Song of Songs 8:8-10 which says, “We have a little sister too young to have breasts. What will we do for our sister on the day she is spoken for? If she is a wall, we will build towers of silver on her. If she is a door, we will enclose her with panels of cedar. I am a wall, and my breasts are like towers. Thus I have become in his eyes like one bringing contentment.” This passage reflects the process of spiritual maturity and fortification in the presence of divine love that grows ever-upward into the High Calling in Christ Jesus.

The journey of Cosmic Ascension through circumcision of heart is one that we begin as disciples, or “Talmidim” of Jesus Christ. As we continue this eternal upward journey, we are transfigured in our innermost being as Enoch was, as it is written, “…and my spirit was (transformed) transfigured.” The moment we transform in our spirit, we become a righteous spirit- we become one of The Tzaddikim.

“…In the name of the Lord, who made a separation between the light and the darkness, and divided the spirits of men and strengthened the spirits of the righteous, in the name of His righteousness.” – The Book of Enoch
