These Conditions of Use (“Conditions”) govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Conditions and any additional terms applicable to certain programs in which you may elect to participate. If you do not agree to these Conditions, do not use the Services.

By accessing our websites, mobile applications, channels, magazines, products, apps, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Conditions, you must not use our Services.

Changes to Conditions

RLM TV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. Your continued use of the Services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions of Use.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to RLM TV’s Privacy Policy, which informs users about our data collection, and how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, map designs including the “Map of the Cosmos”, images of the “Worlds without End”, arrangement of the structure of the worlds as uniquely arranged and taught in RLM TV including the Master Class Youtube Tutorials on the RLM TV YouTube Channel and in the RLM TV APP and across all RLM TV channels and Social Media posts, instructional designs and photos, tutorials, information, data sheets, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by RLM TV, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Services are the property of RLM TV or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not extend to any personal use for personal ministries, small businesses, corporations, church media usage, or personal live-stream broadcasts. The use of RLM TV’s materials, including the map of the cosmos, in these contexts is strictly prohibited.

Note: Any usage of RLM TV brand elements needs special approval and must be submitted in English through the Contact Form under Reason for contact: “Brand Use Request” for review.

For non-English requests, please fill out the form at www.RLM.TV/contact. RLM TV reserves the right to object to any inappropriate uses of its trademarks and to enforce its rights at any time.

Access and Use of the Service

Account Registration: You may be required to create an account and specify a password to use certain features of the Services. You agree to provide, maintain, and update true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration processes.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, infringing on intellectual property rights, and engaging in fraudulent activities.

Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Services:

– In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

– For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

– In any way that involves unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including but not limited to the map of the cosmos, instructional materials, designs, trademarks, logos, and service marks. Such unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and extends to personal ministries, small businesses, corporations, church media usage, or personal live-stream broadcasts. The use of RLM TV’s materials in these contexts without explicit written consent from RLM TV is not permitted and will be enforced to the fullest extent under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

– To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with these Conditions.

– To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

Users may post, upload, or otherwise contribute content to the Services (“User Content”). By providing User Content, you grant RLM TV a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Services.

Content Standards

These content standards apply to any and all User Contributions and use of the Services. User Contributions must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, User Contributions must not contain material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA Policy)

RLM TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. RLM TV does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information available through the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the Services will be free of viruses or other destructive code.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, RLM TV will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Services.

You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for antivirus protection and data input and output accuracy.

RLM TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You and RLM TV agree to resolve disputes between us in individual arbitration (not in court). We believe the alternative dispute-resolution process of arbitration will resolve any dispute fairly and more quickly and efficiently than formal court litigation. We explain the process in detail below, but we’ve put this up front (and in caps) because it’s important:

YOU ARE LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTIONS USING OR ACCESSING OUR SOFTWARE, APPS, WEBSITE, RLM OFFICIAL GIVING PORTAL AT www.rlm.tv, www.redlettermin.com, AND ALL AFFILIATED WEBSITES AND LINKS OF RLM TV ACROSS ALL MEDIA, AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, INCLUDING THE ACTIONS OF ANYONE YOU ALLOW TO ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU HAVE REACHED THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS (INCLUDING ITS DISPUTE RESOLUTION TERMS). IF YOU ARE UNDER THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST CONSENT TO THESE TERMS.

In addition to these Terms, software or services that are included in or otherwise made available to you through the Services may be subject to separate agreement between you and RLM TV, such as end user license agreements. If these Terms are inconsistent with any such agreements, those agreements will control.

All matters relating to the Services and these Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Conditions or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association of RLM TV’s choice.
