OPERATION GALATIANS UNSEALED

INTEL BRIEFING FIVE The Government of the Kingdom Pairs with Chapter V — The Government of the Spirit

Mission Theme

The Holy Spirit governs the New Creation from within.

Primary Objective

Transfer the government of the believer from the rule of the flesh to the continual leadership of the indwelling Holy Spirit.

Opening Intelligence

Special Forces,

Every kingdom is identified by its government. A kingdom without government is not a kingdom. A throne without a ruler is not a throne.

The question has never been whether the Kingdom of God exists. The question has always been: Who governs?

Galatians now reaches one of its greatest unveilings. Freedom was never God’s final objective. Freedom was preparation. The Cross liberated us. The Promise adopted us. The Son was formed within us. Now the Kingdom begins to govern.

Many people define liberty as the absence of authority. Heaven defines liberty as perfect submission to the right authority. The believer has not been delivered from government. He has been transferred into a higher government.

No longer governed by sin. No longer governed by fear. No longer governed by religious obligation. No longer governed by self.

Now governed by the indwelling Holy Spirit. This is the maturity of sonship. The Kingdom is no longer merely believed. The Kingdom becomes lived.

Paul reveals that walking by the Spirit is the practical expression of Christ formed within and the mature life of the New Covenant. At the Sod ha-Sod level, this is the enthronement of the Spirit as Governor of the inner man — the restoration of divine government that was lost in the fall of consciousness.

Strategic Assessment

Two governments continually seek authority over the believer.

The Government of the Flesh Self-rule. Independence. Fear. Condemnation. Performance. Impulse. Pride. Self-preservation. The wisdom of Adam. Always reacting. Always striving. Always producing conflict.

The Government of the Spirit Peace. Love. Joy. Grace. Wisdom. Holiness. Communion. Sonship. The mind of Christ. Rest. The Father’s will. Producing the fruit of Heaven.

One government demands. The other transforms. One controls from without. The other governs from within.

The Enemy’s Primary Strategy

The enemy understands that a believer walking by the Spirit is dangerous. So he rarely begins with obvious sin. He begins with distraction. Self-dependence. Natural reasoning. Religious activity without communion. Busyness without intimacy. Knowledge without surrender.

The flesh does not always appear evil. Often it appears capable. Competent. Efficient. Religious. Yet all of it quietly removes dependence upon the Holy Spirit. The greatest deception is not open rebellion. It is learning to function without continual dependence upon God.

The flesh desires to govern. The Spirit desires to reign. Every day these two governments contend for the throne.

Heaven’s Counteroffensive

Heaven establishes an entirely different order. The Holy Spirit does not merely assist the believer. He governs the believer. He becomes the internal Governor of the New Creation. He teaches. He convicts. He comforts. He strengthens. He illuminates. He leads. He produces.

The fruit of the Spirit is not manufactured. It is manifested. The believer does not struggle to become loving. He yields to Love Himself. He does not manufacture peace. He yields to the Prince of Peace. Everything flows from government. When the King rules… His nature appears.

Special Forces Revelation

Many believers ask, “How do I overcome the flesh?” Paul answers with astonishing simplicity: Walk by the Spirit.

Victory is not achieved through greater effort. Victory is the result of greater surrender. The Kingdom advances wherever the Holy Spirit is permitted to govern. Every surrendered thought… Every surrendered decision… Every surrendered desire… becomes territory reclaimed for the Kingdom of God.

The greatest warfare is not external. It is governmental. Who occupies the throne today?

The Inner Throne

The throne of the heart never remains empty. Someone always governs. The flesh. Or the Spirit. The old man. Or Christ. Fear. Or faith. Religion. Or communion.

The Holy Spirit never forces His government. He establishes it wherever there is surrender. Where the Spirit governs… the flesh loses authority. Where the Spirit governs… the fruit of Heaven appears naturally. Where the Spirit governs… the believer begins thinking like Heaven. Speaking like Heaven. Walking like Heaven. Because Heaven itself now governs from within.

This is the restoration of divine order. The single eye is healed. The throne is reclaimed. The River flows freely. The Fire burns purely. The New Man emerges fully. The Bride becomes singular. The Virgin King reigns visibly.

Operation Directive

Throughout this week, pause before every important decision and ask one question: Who is governing this response? The flesh… or the Spirit?

Before speaking… Pause. Before reacting… Pause. Before deciding… Pause.

Yield the throne. Invite the Governor of Heaven. Allow the Holy Spirit to rule. Kingdom government begins one surrendered decision at a time.

Special Forces Declaration

The New Creation is not governed by external law but by the living presence of the Holy Spirit within. Freedom was never the end of the mission — it was the beginning of Kingdom government.

The Holy Spirit now occupies the throne of the surrendered heart, producing the very life, character, wisdom, and authority of Christ. Wherever the Spirit governs, the Kingdom becomes visible, the flesh loses its dominion, and the Son is revealed through His people.

The Kingdom is ruled from the throne of the indwelling Spirit. This is the Government of the Kingdom. This is mature sonship. This is the Eternal Gospel.

With Love in Christ,
