Abstract

This paper unveils the profound reality of the Eternal Covenant priesthood, fulfilled in Jesus Christ and activated in the overcomers—those seated above the Serpent Teli in the Heavenly Tabernacle of Grace. Drawing from the promises to the overcomers in Revelation 2–3, we explore their priestly functions as they mediate, judge, cleanse, and glorify creation through YHVH Yehoshua, the eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek. This work contrasts the Levitical priesthood with the cosmic Melchizedekian order, emphasizing its operation above the constellation Draco and within the Holy of Holies, the Garden of Eden. Practical exhortations guide believers to drink daily from the Throne of Grace, living sanctified lives as holy vessels of the Eternal Covenant. Rooted in Scripture, apostolic revelation, and kosher Kabbalistic insights, this paper calls believers to ascend, overcome, and serve in the heavenly priesthood.

Introduction: The Cosmic Priesthood of the Overcomers

The Eternal Covenant, sealed by the blood of Jesus Christ, establishes a priesthood that transcends the earthly shadows of the Levitical order. As it is written, “You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek” (Heb. 7:17). This cosmic priesthood operates from the Throne of Grace, above the Serpent Teli—the celestial line of constellations and angelic time-orderings once limiting the Old Covenant (Gen. 3:15; Rev. 4:6). The overcomers, described in Revelation 2–3, are called to minister as kings and priests (Rev. 1:6), reigning with Christ from the Heavenly Jerusalem, above the starry dragon Draco, in the true Holy of Holies—the Garden of Eden restored (2 Cor. 12:4; Rev. 22:1–2).

This paper synthesizes three key dimensions: (1) the cosmic Tabernacle of Grace above the Teli, (2) the transition from the Levitical to the Melchizedekian priesthood, and (3) practical guidance for believers to live as sanctified priests, drinking daily from the Living Waters. It equips young Christians and seasoned believers alike to embrace their eternal calling as ministers of grace.

The Cosmic Tabernacle of Grace Above the Serpent Teli

As Isaiah declares, “Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool” (Isa. 66:1). The Throne of Grace, the epicenter of the Heavenly Tabernacle, is where the Lamb reigns above all principalities (Heb. 4:16). The Teli, the serpent line of the stars, once marked the boundary of the old heavens, but in Christ, it is crushed (Luke 10:19). John’s vision of the “sea of glass, like crystal” (Rev. 4:6) reveals a purified firmament, where overcomers trample the serpent underfoot (Rom. 16:20), ascending to minister as priests in the Tabernacle of Grace.

This Tabernacle, equated with the Garden of Eden, is the Holy of Holies where overcomers serve (Rev. 22:1–2). Their priesthood flows through the angelic sphere—Jacob’s Ladder (John 1:51)—from Keter (divine will) to Malkuth (manifestation), sanctifying creation through the 32 Paths of Wisdom (Prov. 3:19–20) and transforming the inner worlds of mankind (nefesh, ruach, neshamah) with divine seed (Luke 8:11).

From Aaron to Melchizedek: Fulfilling the Levitical Priesthood

The Levitical priesthood, under Aaron, was a shadow of heavenly realities (Heb. 8:5). It mediated through animal sacrifices, temporary atonement, and an earthly tabernacle. In contrast, the eternal priesthood of Melchizedek, embodied by Christ, operates from the Heavenly Jerusalem, above the constellation Draco—the symbolic cap of the old heavens (Job 26:13; Rev. 12:3–4). Christ’s ascension tore the veil of the old heavens (Matt. 27:51; Heb. 10:20), establishing a better covenant (Heb. 8:6).

Heavenly Tabernacle: Fulfilled Furniture

The earthly tabernacle’s furniture finds its eternal fulfillment in Christ:

  • Brazen Altar: Christ’s one sacrifice perfects forever (Heb. 10:10–14).
  • Laver: Baptism in water, Spirit, and fire cleanses the conscience (Eph. 5:26; Titus 3:5).
  • Golden Lampstand: Christ, the true Light, makes overcomers lampstands (John 8:12; Rev. 1:20).
  • Table of Showbread: Christ, the Bread from Heaven, feeds the saints (John 6:35; Luke 24:30).
  • Altar of Incense: Christ’s intercession and saints’ prayers ascend as incense (Heb. 7:25; Rev. 8:3–4).
  • Ark of the Covenant: Christ, the mercy seat, seats overcomers in judgment and mercy (Rom. 3:25; Eph. 2:6).

The Seven Gifts of the Overcomers: Priestly Functions

The promises to the seven churches (Rev. 2–3) equip overcomers with priestly powers, active now in the Eternal Covenant:

  1. Tree of Life (Rev. 2:7): Overcomers heal creation with Edenic light (Rev. 22:2).
  2. Immunity from Second Death (Rev. 2:11): They judge sin and hell with resurrection power (John 5:28–29; Rev. 20:6).
  3. Hidden Manna and White Stone (Rev. 2:17): They distribute divine wisdom and new identities (1 Cor. 2:7).
  4. Authority Over Nations and Morning Star (Rev. 2:26–28): They govern with Christ’s rod of iron and celestial light (Num. 24:17).
  5. White Garments and Name in Book of Life (Rev. 3:5): They intercede with heavenly endorsement.
  6. Pillar in the Temple and Name of God (Rev. 3:12): They stabilize the City of God, bearing divine revelation.
  7. Throne of Christ (Rev. 3:21): They co-govern with Messiah, administrating the new heavens and earth (Rev. 22:5).

These gifts enable overcomers to minister through the angelic sphere, pouring grace from the Throne to the nations.

Practical Exhortation: Drink Daily from the Throne of Grace

Young believers are called to live as priests of the Eternal Covenant, drinking daily from the Living Waters (Rev. 22:17). Holiness is not a burden but the overflow of grace transforming the soul. Here are practical keys to sanctification and priestly service:

1. Drink Daily from the Living Waters

  • Practice: Begin each day with worship (5–10 minutes), reading one Bible chapter (e.g., John, Psalms, Ephesians), and praying in tongues (Jude 1:20).
  • Promise: “Let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost” (Rev. 22:17).

2. Pursue Holiness as Your Destiny

  • Practice: Invite the Holy Spirit to search your heart (Ps. 139:23–24), repent daily, and obey His whispers.
  • Promise: “Without holiness no one will see the Lord” (Heb. 12:14).

3. Rely on the Holy Spirit as Your Guide

  • Practice: Spend quiet time listening to the Spirit, asking what pleases Jesus each day.
  • Promise: “The anointing you received from Him abides in you” (1 John 2:27).

4. Minister from the Throne of Grace

  • Practice: Release intercession, prayer, and prophecy for others, believing you are seated with Christ (Eph. 2:6).
  • Promise: “Come boldly to the Throne of Grace” (Heb. 4:16).

5. Treat Your Body as a Priesthood Temple

  • Practice: Align diet, media, and speech with holiness, asking, “Does this glorify Jesus?”
  • Promise: “Present your bodies as a living sacrifice” (Rom. 12:1).

6. Write Your Eternal Scroll Through Obedience

  • Practice: Act in love, humility, and self-control daily to build your eternal temple.
  • Promise: “In the scroll of the book it is written of me” (Ps. 40:7).

7. Live Above the Serpent

  • Practice: Reject bitterness, feed on the Word, and keep your eyes on the Throne.
  • Promise: The crystal sea under your feet is purified by Christ’s blood (Rev. 4:6).

Daily Devotional Pattern

  • Wake Up: “Holy Spirit, lead me.”
  • Worship: One song or 5 minutes.
  • Word: One Bible chapter.
  • Pray in Tongues: 15 minutes.
  • Ask for Grace: “Lord, I receive your grace.”
  • Repent: “Cleanse anything unpleasing.”
  • Minister: Pray for others as led.

The Eternal Covenant in the Garden of Eden

The overcomers’ priesthood restores creation to the Garden of Eden, the true Holy of Holies (2 Cor. 12:4). Their feet stand on the crystal sea (Rev. 4:6), and their lives pour forth God’s will through spiritual sacrifices of praise, intercession, and revelation (1 Pet. 2:5). They fulfill the Torah, written on hearts (Jer. 31:33), administered by the Spirit (2 Cor. 3:6), and taught to the nations (Matt. 28:20). As Revelation declares, “They will reign forever and ever” (Rev. 22:5), transforming the kingdoms of this world into the Kingdom of our Lord (Rev. 11:15).

Conclusion: A Call to Ascend and Serve

The Eternal Priesthood of the Overcomers is not a future hope but a present reality. Seated above the Serpent Teli and Draco, overcomers minister from the Throne of Grace, fulfilling the Levitical shadows in the Melchizedekian order. Their gifts heal, judge, govern, and sanctify creation, flowing from the Garden of Eden to the ends of the earth. Young believers are called to drink daily from the Living Waters, walk in holiness, and serve as priests of the Eternal Covenant. Let all who are called ascend, overcome, and release the glory of YHVH Yehoshua into all creation.
