OPERATION RIVER OF GRACE
RLM TV SPECIAL FORCES INTELLIGENCE BRIEFING 9
Pairs with Chapter IX — Drinking Without Ceasing
CLASSIFIED KINGDOM INTELLIGENCE
“The strongest Christians are simply the best drinkers.”
Mission Overview
The Culture of Continual Reception
Welcome to Operation River of Grace — Intelligence Briefing 9.
Every kingdom possesses a culture.
Every civilization develops habits.
Every family carries traditions.
Heaven is no different.
The Kingdom of God is not sustained merely by power.
It is sustained by continual reception.
Today’s intelligence uncovers one of the deepest patterns revealed throughout Scripture:
Life in the Kingdom is received before it is expressed.
The culture of Heaven is not striving.
The culture of Heaven is continual participation in the life that proceeds from God.
The River never ceases flowing.
Therefore Heaven never ceases drinking.
In the Peshat, the call to drink is the invitation of Jesus in John 7.
In the Remez, it is the lifestyle that sustains the New Creation.
In the Derash, it is the practical rhythm of abiding.
But in the Sod, and deeper still in the Sod ha-Sod—the secret of secrets—continual drinking is the very mode of existence of the New Creation. The believer does not occasionally visit the River. He lives inside its current. The strongest saints are not those who have learned to generate the most spiritual energy. They are those who have learned to receive the most continuously.
This is the intelligence that ends the exhaustion of self-production.
Opening Intelligence
The Culture of Heaven
Heaven is never anxious about tomorrow.
Never exhausted from self-production.
Never attempting to manufacture divine life.
Everything in God’s Kingdom continually receives from its Source.
The Father is the Fountain.
The Son lives in perfect communion with the Father.
The Holy Spirit proceeds from God, continually communicating divine life.
The Kingdom is therefore a civilization of continual communion.
Nothing lives independently.
Everything lives by participation.
This is the atmosphere Jesus revealed when He said:
“As the living Father sent Me and I live because of the Father, even so whoever takes Me for his food and is nourished by Me shall in his turn live and be nourished by Me.”
— John 6:57, AMPC
The Son does not live from an independent reservoir of power.
He lives because of the Father.
The same pattern is now offered to those who abide in Him.
First Illumination
The Life of the Son
Jesus continually directed attention toward His relationship with the Father.
He spoke what He received.
He did what He saw.
He lived from continual communion.
His earthly ministry was not the demonstration of independent power.
It was the perfect revelation of dependent sonship.
The Son reveals that divine strength flows through continual reception.
Communion is not weakness.
Communion is the highest expression of spiritual maturity.
Listen to His own testimony:
“I am able to do nothing from Myself [independently, of My own accord]; but as I am taught by God and as I get His orders, I decide [I judge as I am bidden to decide]. As the voice comes to Me, so I give a decision, and My judgment is right (just, righteous), because I do not seek My own will [I have no desire to do what is pleasing to Myself, My own aim, My own purpose] but only the will and pleasure of the Father Who sent Me.”
— John 5:30, AMPC
And again:
“The Son is able to do nothing of Himself (of His own accord); but He is able to do only what He sees the Father doing, for whatever the Father does the Son does in the same way [in His turn].”
— John 5:19, AMPC
This is not the language of a lesser being.
This is the language of perfect sonship.
The Overcomer is invited into the same posture:
not self-generated strength, but continual reception from the Source.
The River Never Ceases
A living river never pauses to become a lake.
It continually flows.
The Kingdom therefore invites continual drinking.
Not occasional refreshment.
Not emergency rescue.
A way of life.
Grace is not merely received at conversion.
Grace is continually received.
Wisdom is continually received.
Peace is continually received.
Love is continually received.
Strength is continually received.
The believer lives from an unbroken stream of divine supply.
Jesus made this the central promise:
“If any man is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink! He who believes in Me [who cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me] as the Scripture has said, From his innermost being shall flow [continuously] springs and rivers of living water.”
— John 7:37–38, AMPC
Notice the word “continuously.”
The flow is not intermittent.
The invitation is not seasonal.
The River is always available.
The only variable is whether the channel remains open through continual drinking.
Heaven’s Eternal Circulation
The River of Life is never static.
The Father gives.
The Son reveals.
The Spirit communicates.
The believer receives.
The believer overflows.
Grace reaches others.
Thanksgiving returns to God.
The River continues.
This is Heaven’s eternal circulation.
Nothing is hoarded.
Everything flows.
The Kingdom remains alive because communion never ceases.
This circulation is the opposite of the closed system of the independent self.
The independent self attempts to store, protect, and manage limited resources.
The Kingdom operates by continuous inflow and continuous outflow.
The believer who learns to live inside this circulation discovers that the more he gives, the more he receives—not as a transaction, but as the natural movement of living water.
The End of Self-Sufficiency
The old creation glorifies independence.
The New Creation celebrates dependence upon God.
The world says,
“Become your own source.”
Christ says,
“Abide in Me.”
The old creation fears continual need.
The Kingdom rejoices in continual communion.
To drink is not immaturity.
To drink is wisdom.
The believer never graduates beyond dependence upon Christ.
The deeper the maturity…
the deeper the communion.
This is the decisive break with the serpent nature.
The independent self always seeks to become a fountain unto itself.
The new man remains a channel that is continually filled from the true Fountain.
The strongest saints are not those who have learned to need God less.
They are those who have learned to need Him more consciously, more continually, and more joyfully.
The Lifestyle of Drinking
Prayer becomes drinking.
Worship becomes drinking.
Meditation upon Christ becomes drinking.
Thanksgiving becomes drinking.
Obedience becomes drinking.
Every moment consciously turned toward Christ becomes another drink from the River.
The strongest believers are rarely those who appear the busiest.
They are those who remain nearest the Fountain.
They have learned the secret of continual reception.
This lifestyle is not complicated.
It is simply the refusal to live from the closed system of self-effort.
Throughout ordinary moments—before speaking, before serving, before deciding, before engaging conflict—the heart turns again toward the Source and receives.
The River does the rest.
Operational Application
Ask yourself throughout the day:
“Am I attempting to produce life—or am I continually receiving it?”
Pause often.
Turn your heart toward Christ.
Receive His peace.
Receive His wisdom.
Receive His joy.
Drink before speaking.
Drink before serving.
Drink before deciding.
Drink before fighting.
The River never runs dry.
The invitation never expires.
Make continual drinking the quiet rhythm beneath every activity.
The more natural this posture becomes, the more the River itself begins to govern the day.
Special Forces Theme
“The strongest Christians are simply the best drinkers.”
The Kingdom is not sustained by human endurance.

The River is always flowing.
Drink again.
Final Intelligence
Heaven has never depended upon self-sufficiency.
Its civilization has always been built upon eternal communion.
The Father continually gives.
The Son continually receives and reveals.
The Holy Spirit continually proceeds.
The Church continually drinks.
The River continually flows.
This is not merely the believer’s discipline.
It is Heaven’s way of life.
Enter the circulation.
Drink without ceasing.
Proceed accordingly.
