✨ The Coming in the Clouds of Glory
A Christian Kabbalistic Sod-Level Revelation of Mark 13:26
“And then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great (kingly) power and glory.” — Mark 13:26 AMPC
1. The Mystery of the Clouds
In the holy science of the Sefirot, the “clouds” (עָנָן, anan) signify the concealed garments of the Light of the Shekinah, in which Divinity veils Itself for creation’s sake.
When Yeshua says that the Son of Man will come in the clouds, He reveals the mystery of Spirit clothed in vapor, the luminous concealment of infinite glory descending into the finite.
In Kabbalistic understanding, the clouds are drawn from Yesod’s condensation of the upper waters—the fusion of Ruach (Spirit-Air) and Mayim (Waters) flowing from Tiferet.
Just as mist rose from the earth in Genesis 2:6 to water Eden, so does the born-again nefesh-elohi of the saints release vapor upward, attracting the descending rain of Chokhmah.
2. The Fist-Sized Cloud — The Power of Geburah
“And behold, a cloud as small as a man’s hand rose from the sea.” — 1 Kings 18:44
Elijah’s vision of the cloud “like a man’s hand” is a prophetic type of Messiah’s manifestation in microcosm.
The hand represents Gevurah, the might of divine judgment that subdues chaos.
In the end-time overcomers, this “fist of might” is the Spirit-Water condensation of resurrection authority — the Yad Adonai, the Hand of the LORD — forming a new atmosphere around the saints: a cloud of Spirit-Water rising from within the heart.
This is the embryonic Anan HaKavod, the Cloud of Glory, generated from within those whose spirit and water bear witness on earth.
As they ascend through the Sefirot, their internal atmosphere becomes radiant with condensed Shekinah, a microcosm of the macrocosmic coming of the Son of Man.
3. Clouds of the Overcomers — The Generation of the New Heavens
Paul, interpreting the same mystery, says, “We shall be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.” (1 Thess. 4:17)
This is not mere rapture of bodies through space, but the elevation of the inner man through the strata of the worlds — Assiyah, Yetzirah, Beriah, Atzilut — until his spirit participates in the Araboth, the seventh heaven of Shekinah’s dwelling.
In this ascent, the collective Body of the Overcomers becomes the Merkavah-Cloud, the chariot of the Son of Man.
Each saint, transfigured by Ruach HaKodesh and the Waters of the Word, contributes a droplet to the luminous canopy of Moshiach’s appearing.
Thus the “coming in the clouds” is Christ manifesting through His many-membered Body, the redeemed spirits who form His atmosphere of glory in the new creation.
4. The New Heavens and New Earth in the Cloud of Spirit-Water
The cloud is not merely vapor but creative potential—Spirit impregnated with Word.
When the saints attain Binah’s understanding and the seven lower heavens submit to the Light from Keter, Spirit-Water crystallizes into new heavens.
As the prophets declare, “Behold, I create new heavens and a new earth” (Isa. 65:17).
The process begins not in cosmic distance but in the reborn heart.
Every overcomer who lives from the union of Spirit and Water participates in the making of the new heavens now; their breath, praise, and prophecy release divine condensation—the clouds of Shekinah—that reform reality itself.
5. The Araboth Glory of the Son of Man
In the highest heaven, the Araboth, reside the seraphic ministers of Fire and Light who mirror the Image of the Son of Man.
When Yeshua ascended, He entered this region as High Priest of new creation, leaving a trail of luminous vapor through which His overcomers may follow.
The “coming in the clouds” is His re-emergence through that very trail—the return of the Divine Presence through perfected humanity.
Thus, in the consummation, heaven and earth interpenetrate; the Shekinah, once veiled in cloud, now shines through transparent saints whose waters have become pure light.
These are the clouds of glory, majesty, and kingly power that herald the Age of the Lamb’s Dominion.
✨ Conclusion
To “see the Son of Man coming in the clouds” is to witness the manifestation of Christ within the purified collective soul, the Spirit-Water cloud of the new creation.
Each overcomer becomes a living condensation of divine light — a droplet of Shekinah in the great cloud of witnesses — until heaven’s vapor fills the whole earth, and the worlds are made new through the Cloud of His Glory.
“The glory of the LORD shall cover the earth as the waters cover the sea.” –Habakkuk 2:14
