The 10 Angelic Commandments

Behold, I tell you a great mystery! There were exactly 10 utterances in Genesis 1, which are the 10 angelic commandments 2,000 years before the 10 animal soul commandments were given on Sinai!

These 10 commandments from Genesis 1 are the 10 sephirot, the pattern shown above, of the angelic posts we are required to obey in our inner man in the New Covenant standard of Moshiach Yehoshua, our Melech. Amen.

God speaks ten times to create and order the world during the six days of creation. Here are the ten divine sayings:

  1. Day 1: “Let there be light” (Genesis 1:3).
  2. Day 2: “Let there be a vault between the waters to separate water from water” (Genesis 1:6).
  3. Day 3: “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear” (Genesis 1:9).
  4. Day 3: “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it” (Genesis 1:11).
  5. Day 4: “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night” (Genesis 1:14).
  6. Day 5: “Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the vault of the sky” (Genesis 1:20).
  7. Day 6: “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: the livestock, the creatures that move along the ground, and the wild animals, each according to its kind” (Genesis 1:24).
  8. Day 6: “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground” (Genesis 1:26).
  9. Day 6: “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground” (Genesis 1:28).
  10. Day 6: “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food” (Genesis 1:29).

These ten sayings are recognized in Jewish thought and are considered the ten utterances with which God created the world.

They are the 10 angelic commandments 2,000 years before the 10 animal commandments.
