The Plant of Righteousness grows up into the Heavens
The phrase “plant of righteousness” appears in the Bible in Isaiah 61:3, which says, “So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified”.
I said, ‘Plant the good seeds of righteousness, and you will harvest a crop of love. Plow up the hard ground of your hearts, for now is the time to seek the LORD, that he may come and shower righteousness upon you. ‘ -Hosea 10:12 NLT

Isaiah 61:3 (NIV)
“and provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.”
Isaiah 60:21 (NIV)
“Then all your people will be righteous and they will possess the land forever. They are the shoot I have planted, the work of my hands, for the display of my splendor.”
The tender shoot, the plant of righteousness grown from the seed, the deposit of the Holy Ghost, the downpayment of what is to come – rises in righteousness and grows up into the Heavens through the worlds that were created by the hands of God.

The Plant of Righteousness
Jubilees 16:26-31
And he blessed his Creator who had created him in his generation, for He had created him according to His good pleasure, for He knew and perceived that from him would arise the Plant of Righteousness for the continuous generations, and from him a holy Seed, so that it should become like Him who had made all things.
And he blessed and rejoiced, and he called the name of this festival the Festival of the Lord, a joy acceptable to the Most High God.
And we blessed him forever, and all his seed after him throughout all the generations of the earth, because he celebrated this festival in its season, according to the testimony of the heavenly tablets.
For this reason it is ordained on the heavenly tablets concerning Israel that they will celebrate the Celebration of Shelters [for] seven days with joy, in the seventh month, acceptable before the Lord—a statute forever throughout their generations every year.
And to this there is no limit of days, for it is ordained forever regarding Israel that they should celebrate it and dwell in shelters, and set wreaths on their heads, and take leafy boughs, and willows from the brook.

Jubilees 12:20
And now, my Lord, destroy from the earth the flesh which has aroused Your wrath, but establish the flesh of righteousness and uprightness as a plant of the continuous seed, and do not hide Your face from the prayer of Your servant, O Lord.
1 Enoch 10:16-22
Destroy all wrong from the face of the earth and let every evil work come to an end; and let the plant of righteousness and truth appear: and it will prove a blessing; the works of righteousness and truth will be planted in truth and joy forevermore.
